This role focuses on leveraging your deep expertise in OpenText xECM to design, develop, and optimize solutions for our clients. You will be instrumental in integrating these systems with core enterprise platforms, ensuring robust performance and adherence to best practices.

As an OpenText xECM specialist, you will architect and design tailored solutions, ensuring scalability and security. You will proactively identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing system performance throughout the implementation lifecycle. A key aspect of this role involves leading the integration of OpenText xECM with critical enterprise systems such as SAP, SharePoint, and others. Furthermore, you will guide project teams, making key technical decisions and upholding ECM best practices.

We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), specifically with 3-5 years focused on OpenText xECM. Essential technical expertise includes proficiency in OpenText products (xECM, Content Suite) and strong knowledge of integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms. Experience with programming languages like Java, .NET, or ABAP for custom development is beneficial, as is a solid understanding of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle). The ability to manage projects, timelines, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams is crucial.
