This role offers an opportunity to work on large, complex Extended ECM integrated solutions within client architectures. You will leverage your strong judgment and collaboration skills to solve unstructured problems and interact with multi-cultural, multi-functional teams across geographies.

Troubleshoot and implement intricate Extended ECM solutions within diverse client system architectures.

Utilize strong judgment to shape compelling solutions and effectively address complex, unstructured problems.

Collaborate seamlessly with multi-cultural and geographically dispersed teams to achieve project goals.

Develop workflows, forms, and business validation processes using the xECM suite.

Integrate solutions with Docusign and custom applications, particularly for SuccessFactors implementations.

Demonstrated experience with Open Text ECM or xECM, with a strong emphasis on hands-on implementation of xECM Solutions.

Essential experience includes end-to-end xECM for SuccessFactors implementation with Docusign and custom application link integration, as well as OpenText Extended ECM including Content Server 22.x, Archive Server, and OTDS.

Proficiency in Java scripting, OScript, other scripting languages, SQL, and Oracle Database is required. Familiarity with GCP and Docusign Integration is advantageous.

Expertise in customization using Web-Services and REST APIs is necessary. Strong leadership and team-building skills are vital for achieving consensus and driving collaboration.
