Join NTT DATA as a OneStream IT Specialist, a role demanding a blend of IT prowess on the OneStream platform and profound financial services domain knowledge. This position is key to delivering, enhancing, and operating enterprise finance solutions, acting as a vital link between finance, IT, and business stakeholders. The focus is on optimizing financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes within the organization.

Lead the design and architecture of OneStream solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices by vendor teams. Translate intricate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including user stories, process maps, and solution designs. Define the overall solution structure, encompassing system integrations, data flows, and financial reporting frameworks. Provide critical design input for customized workflows, calculations, and financial models. Support and enhance OneStream capabilities for financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics. Oversee the entire OneStream implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment, while also leading data migration and integration efforts with ERP and other financial systems. Serve as the primary Finance IT contact, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project. Conduct training for the user community on OneStream functionality and best practices, and mentor cross-functional teams by offering architectural guidance for successful application development. Develop comprehensive test plans and cases, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that solutions meet business and control requirements.

A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant EPM solution implementation experience is required, with at least 3 years specifically with OneStream. Expertise in building metadata, business rules, forms, designing cube views, workflow management, performing data reconciliation, and developing custom rules and reports is essential. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages such as VB.net is a must. Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and other financial systems is also required. A strong understanding of financial services processes, including consolidation, planning, forecasting, and compliance, is crucial. The ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively across different functional teams is paramount. Previous experience collaborating cross-functionally with finance, IT, and business leaders is necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
