We are seeking an experienced OnBase API Developer with a proven track record in Hyland OnBase, API integrations, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in developing, enhancing, and supporting integrations between OnBase and other enterprise systems. Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, .NET/C#, SQL, and workflow/document management solutions is essential.

A strong understanding of OnBase architecture, document workflows, Unity/API integrations, and backend application development is required. This position involves close collaboration with business, QA, infrastructure, and support teams.

Design, develop, and maintain robust OnBase integrations with internal and external enterprise applications. Build and manage APIs for seamless document upload, retrieval, indexing, workflow actions, and metadata exchange.

Develop sophisticated solutions leveraging OnBase Unity API, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs. Configure and customize OnBase workflows, document types, keywords, forms, and lifecycle processes to meet business needs.

Collaborate effectively with business analysts to define document management and workflow requirements. Integrate OnBase with critical systems like ERP, CRM, and core business platforms. Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide essential application support.

Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation and backend integration. Participate actively in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment support. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all OnBase-related integrations.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and interface specifications. Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and environment support.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Hyland OnBase development and integration is mandatory, along with a Hyland OnBase certification. Demonstrated expertise in OnBase API development using Unity API, OnBase Web Services, and REST/SOAP integrations is crucial.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with OnBase configuration, including Document Types, Keywords, Workflows, User Groups/Roles, and Forms/Unity Forms. Strong programming skills in C#/.NET are essential, complemented by good knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle and the ability to write complex SQL queries.

Experience in building and consuming APIs and web services is required. A solid understanding of document management systems (DMS), enterprise content management (ECM), and workflow solutions is necessary.
