As a senior industry advisor, you will translate critical industry shifts, including energy transition priorities, operational transformations, digital advancements, and sustainability imperatives, into tangible client opportunities. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing a distinct sector proposition, positioning EY as the preferred partner for complex, high-value transformation engagements.

Drive the origination and closure of substantial transformation opportunities by translating sector priorities like energy transition, operational excellence, and digital modernization into high-value deals.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Oil & Gas C-suite leaders, shaping enterprise transformation agendas across all value chain segments and linking them to clear business outcomes.

Develop and commercialize differentiated sector offerings and thought leadership. Strengthen EY's market position and establish GDS as a strategic partner for enterprise-scale transformation within the Oil & Gas sector.

Possess over 25 years of experience in consulting or senior industry leadership within the Oil & Gas sector, with a proven history of driving growth and transformation.

Demonstrate experience advising and influencing C-suite stakeholders in global Oil & Gas organizations, leading large-scale transformation programs and strategic pursuits.

Showcase success in building and scaling sector practices, developing unique offerings, and driving revenue growth within global, matrixed organizations. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred, alongside an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
