Seeking a seasoned OIC Lead with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). This role involves owning and executing OIC and VBCS development for a US-based Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The ideal candidate will guide technical delivery and ensure seamless integration solutions.

As the technical lead for OIC and VBCS solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying integrations across Oracle Fusion HCM and external applications. This includes defining integration architecture, establishing best practices, and setting development standards.

Key tasks involve building various integration types such as App Driven, Scheduled, File Based, and Event Based Integrations. You will also develop REST and SOAP services, alongside designing and developing VBCS applications and extensions. Supporting Redwood-related extensions and custom user experiences will also be part of your remit. Leading integration testing, performance testing, deployment, and post-deployment support are crucial aspects of this role.

A minimum of 8-12+ years of integration and application development experience is required, with at least 4+ years specifically focused on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Strong experience in designing and developing VBCS applications, including building custom user interfaces, workflows, and business processes, is essential.

Collaboration with client technical architects and middleware teams is expected. The ability to effectively troubleshoot integration and application issues is also a key requirement. Preferred qualifications include Oracle Fusion HCM integration experience, knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, OCI, and Redwood Extension Experience. Oracle OIC/VBCS certifications are a plus.
