Seeking an experienced SAP FLM (First Line Maintenance) professional to oversee offshore project delivery and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role is pivotal in managing the SS FLM group, focusing on timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high operational excellence. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and achieving overall delivery excellence for our SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing the SS FLM group to ensure prompt and accurate customer deliveries. You will review support execution, provide guidance to teams, and act as the escalation point for Account Delivery Managers.

This role also involves people management, including resource allocation, workload assignments, utilization management, and performance reviews. Additionally, you will manage resource attrition, coordinate with HR and other support functions, and ensure SLA adherence and ticket updates.
