Key responsibilities include leading the SS FLM group to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries, reviewing support execution, and providing guidance for operational excellence. This position also serves as an escalation point for Account DMs, drives continuous improvement, and manages resource allocation and utilization. Additional duties involve performance reviews, resource retention, and ensuring a conducive work environment by coordinating with HR, IT, and Admin functions. Adherence to SLAs, daily tracking, and ticket updates are also critical.

This role requires a strong understanding of SAP FLM processes and effective people management skills. Candidates should be adept at managing teams, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ability to handle escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives is essential. Experience in resource attrition management and coordination with support functions is also expected.
