Join NTT DATA as an Offshore ETL Engineer with expertise in dbt. This role involves shaping the architectural direction for data transformations, establishing robust development standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable dbt solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Informatica SMEs and Data Engineers, to achieve project goals and drive successful data migration waves.

- Architect and govern the dbt project structure, encompassing staging, intermediate, and mart layers. - Define and enforce dbt standards for naming conventions, testing, materializations, and macros. - Design strategies for incremental models and snapshots, excluding CDC. - Conduct code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices across different systems. - Optimize dbt performance and warehouse execution for efficiency. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Data Engineers on dbt best practices and reusable patterns.

- Possess 5-7+ years of experience in SQL-based transformation. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with dbt Core or dbt Cloud. - Strong foundation in data modeling, including dimensional and analytics models. - Proven experience integrating dbt with orchestration tools. - Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices.
