As a key member of our IT team, you will:

- Design and develop stable, reliable, and effective database objects and processes. - Optimize and maintain legacy systems for enhanced performance. - Execute modifications and tests on database objects and processes as per project requests. - Troubleshoot and resolve database usage issues and malfunctions. - Identify and propose new features based on user and business requirements. - Ensure all database programs adhere to company standards and performance benchmarks. - Research and recommend new database products, services, and protocols. - Create comprehensive technical and training manuals for database systems. - Provide essential data management support to end-users.

We are looking for candidates with:

- Proven experience as a Database Developer. - Advanced proficiency in SQL. - Exceptional critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. - In-depth understanding of data management principles, including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and user interface web applications. - A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - A certificate in Database Development is highly advantageous. - A minimum of 5 years of experience engineering enterprise-grade database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, DB2).
