Design and implement stable, reliable, and efficient database objects and processes. Optimize and maintain existing legacy systems, ensuring their performance and stability. Modify and test database components according to evolving requirements. Resolve database usage issues and system malfunctions promptly. Identify and propose new features based on user needs and business objectives.

Ensure all database solutions meet company and performance benchmarks. Research and recommend new database technologies, services, and protocols. Develop comprehensive technical and training documentation. Provide essential data management support to end-users.

We seek a skilled Database Developer with proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust database systems. Advanced proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of data management principles, including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring, are essential. You should possess exceptional critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with software development practices and user interface web applications is beneficial. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A certificate in Database Development is highly advantageous. Demonstrable experience of 5+ years in engineering enterprise-grade database systems such as SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, or DB2 is mandatory.
