We are seeking an experienced Observability Specialist to drive enterprise-wide monitoring solutions. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of observability and ensuring the stability and performance of critical applications.

Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise-wide observability and monitoring using AppDynamics, Splunk, and Zabbix.

Design, deploy, and refine APM, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, and synthetic monitoring solutions to meet business needs.

Drive performance troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management, and initiatives to enhance system stability.

Automate monitoring deployments, agent management, and operational tasks through effective scripting and DevOps practices.

Manage observability teams, engage with stakeholders, oversee governance, provide reporting, execute roadmaps, and ensure seamless service delivery.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience is required, with a primary focus on AppDynamics administration, implementation, and optimization.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Splunk, Zabbix, and Dynatrace, coupled with a strong understanding of Observability principles, APM, metrics, logs, traces, and distributed tracing.

Possess experience monitoring Java, .NET, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications, including the deployment of APM agents.

Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Shell is essential. Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM integration and adept stakeholder management are also critical. This role is for experienced professionals seeking a permanent position.
