We are seeking an experienced O9 Solutions Senior Consultant to enhance our team in Bangalore. As a Senior Consultant, you will guide end-to-end o9 implementations, from solution design and configuration to testing and deployment. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and o9 experts to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include developing and configuring o9 models, planning workflows, and analytics dashboards, as well as defining and implementing data integration strategies with enterprise systems like SAP and Oracle. You will also conduct user training, support change management initiatives, and provide post-go-live assistance, ensuring effective client adoption and issue resolution.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in o9 implementation and supply chain planning. A strong understanding of supply chain processes, including supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP, is essential. Proven experience in configuring and deploying o9’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and Data Model in at least two implementations is necessary. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data transformations, along with experience handling large datasets and cloud-based analytics tools, is required. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and consulting experience in CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing industries is highly valued.
