As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, your core function will be the comprehensive management and support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This includes overseeing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure AD. You will also be instrumental in addressing escalated technical issues, conducting in-depth troubleshooting, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
