Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL) is seeking a highly motivated Network Deployment Build Lead to drive the stability and scalability of our next-generation networks. You'll work autonomously in a dynamic setting, developing innovative automation solutions to support our expanding network infrastructure.

As a Network Deployment Build Lead, you will be responsible for scaling support across multiple ADSIPL data center locations in India and managing daily capacity needs. You will collaborate with internal ADSIPL customers and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution, guided by Technical Program Managers.

Key duties include leading multiple concurrent projects by coordinating activities, communicating with teams and stakeholders, and resolving dependencies. You will also estimate project resource requirements, participate in hardware installations and upgrades, and ensure adherence to change management guidelines. Vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and troubleshooting network or physical component issues are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking a highly autonomous, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and significant experience in large-scale enterprise network support. Excellent network implementation and troubleshooting abilities, coupled with a proven documentation methodology, are essential.

Candidates must possess the ability to interact efficiently with peers and customers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Beyond managing and supporting Amazon's extensive network infrastructure, you will be expected to build or enhance tools, develop best practices, refine operational procedures, and maintain a proactive, innovative mindset.

Required qualifications include experience managing work and priorities via a ticketing system, handling medium to large-scale projects, and 7-10 years of experience in delivering network projects. Up to 20% travel may be required.
