As a Lead Node.js Fullstack professional, you will define and implement enterprise backend application architecture strategies using Node.js and modern API-driven designs. You'll establish engineering standards, governance models, and best practices for development teams.

Key duties include setting API architecture standards, implementing secure integration frameworks using OAuth2 and JWT, and driving the adoption of application security best practices. You will guide teams on backend architecture, API design, security controls, and establish architectural guidelines for Microservices and Monolithic applications. This role involves leading architecture reviews, identifying technical and security risks, and driving application modernization initiatives focused on security, performance, and scalability.

We are seeking an experienced Node.js Fullstack Lead with 8-10 years of professional experience.

Mandatory skills include strong proficiency in Node.js (Runtime & Backend Development), Design Patterns, Frontend Fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript), OOPS Concepts, JWT, Application Security, and database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.

Preferred additional skills encompass Angular 8+, advanced TypeScript/JavaScript, and experience with cloud services like EC2, Auto Scaling, Load Balancing, and CI/CD pipelines. Demonstrating leadership, accountability, strategic thinking, and effective communication is crucial for this role.
