Minimum of 6 years of experience in React development. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js. Experience with Redux Thunk or Redux Saga for middleware. Solid understanding of HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

Essential competencies include strong React expertise, including React Hooks, React Maps, and performance optimization. Familiarity with GENAI tools is mandatory. A good fundamental and working knowledge of database querying and front-end development is required. Candidates must possess effective team and client management skills, alongside strong communication abilities to engage with stakeholders.
