Develop high-quality code adhering to industry best practices and established standards. Ensure excellent code quality through hands-on development and rigorous testing.

Collaborate effectively with team members and client stakeholders to understand technical challenges and refine requirements. This involves probing technical issues and clarifying specifications to ensure project alignment.

Demonstrate strong ownership and commitment to delivering projects successfully. Manage team dynamics and client interactions efficiently to foster positive working relationships and project momentum.

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with React and JavaScript is essential.

Proficiency in Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3 is mandatory. Familiarity with middleware like Redux Thunk or Redux Saga is required.

Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme, or React Testing Library, is necessary. A foundational understanding and practical application of GENAI tools are also required.

Solid knowledge of database querying and front-end development principles is expected. Essential competencies include UI React with JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, HTML/CSS, RedUX, React Maps, React Performance Optimization, and Node.js development.
