As a hands-on leader, you will be instrumental in maintaining high network availability and adherence to service level agreements. Your expertise will drive proactive issue identification and resolution, guaranteeing the reliability and excellence of our services.

Lead and mentor frontline engineers within the Network Operations Centre, managing teams across IP, Transport, Voice, and Data domains. Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, overseeing network performance, outages, and restoration strategies. Drive comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and present findings to leadership, ensuring compliance with operational standards and reporting requirements.

Spearhead automation initiatives to enhance monitoring, alerting, and response capabilities. Foster high team performance and effective stakeholder communication, ensuring a superior customer experience. Lead strategic incident response and resolution, providing executive-level communication and support for change management and risk mitigation.

A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, coupled with 8+ years of experience in 24x7 NOC and ITES environments. Industry-recognized professional network certifications and ITIL certification are essential. Proven expertise in NOC Operations, Network Monitoring, and handling international clients is required.

Key skills include strong leadership, advanced problem-solving, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people/team management. Technical proficiency in routing/switching fundamentals, VPN technologies, VoIP platforms, and familiarity with monitoring tools like Netcool and OpenView are crucial. A solid understanding of E911/NORS compliance, automation scripting (Shell, Python, Perl), firewalls, and UNIX systems is also necessary.
