This role focuses on Industrial Operations Engineering, encompassing the design, management, and enhancement of industrial processes. Your responsibilities will include procurement, supply chain, and facility engineering and maintenance, alongside project and change management for industrial transformations. Develop and implement engineering practices for industrial operations, including procurement, supply chain, and facility maintenance. Manage and improve existing industrial processes. Lead project and change management initiatives for industrial transformations. Act as a key contributor in complex or critical environments, anticipating client needs. Manage costs and profitability within your work area and develop project plans. Address immediate problems while considering broader implications and facilitate team progress.

Proven experience in Industrial Operations Engineering. Demonstrated ability in designing, managing, and improving industrial processes. Experience with procurement, supply chain, and facilities engineering/maintenance. Strong project and change management skills for industrial transformations. Ability to work effectively in complex environments and anticipate client needs. Skills in managing costs and profitability, with a track record of developing project plans. Capacity to analyze problems holistically and lead teams.
