Ensure seamless 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) operations, including proactive network monitoring and incident management. Effectively utilize ITSM tools for ticket handling and resolution. Troubleshoot network issues related to IP networking, routing, and switching, coordinating closely with stakeholders. Manage broadband technologies such as DOCSIS, HFC, and CMTS, along with voice, video, Wi-Fi, and mobile technologies.

Handle international client communications with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain clear and concise documentation for all incidents and resolutions. Adhere to established ITIL best practices, and leverage ITIL knowledge to optimize service delivery. While not mandatory, holding a CCNA certification is considered an advantage for this role.

This role requires 2 to 6 years of experience in NOC operations, with a strong emphasis on network monitoring and ITSM tools. Proficiency in IP networking, routing, and switching is essential. Experience with incident management, ticketing tools, and effective troubleshooting is crucial.

Candidates must have a solid understanding of DOCSIS, HFC, CMTS, and broadband technologies, as well as voice, video, Wi-Fi, and mobile technologies. Excellent communication skills are a must, particularly for handling international clients. The position requires adherence to rotational shifts (24x7) and is an onsite role in Hyderabad, operating 5 days a week. Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 90-day notice period are preferred.
