Birlasoft seeks a seasoned Nexthink Developer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in implementing and managing solutions like Nexthink, Nanoheal, or similar within End-User Computing (EuC). This role requires practical expertise in these platforms and a strong grasp of automation principles to ensure system reliability and performance.

We are looking for a professional with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The role involves hands-on development and administration, ensuring seamless integration with business operations. A foundational understanding of emerging technologies like Generative AI is also beneficial.

Key duties include administering and maintaining Nexthink and Nanoheal platforms to ensure peak performance and integration with business processes.

You will implement configuration updates and develop workflows tailored for end-user IT service desk functions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions is essential.

Responsibilities also encompass monitoring and maintaining system health, performance, and reliability to align with business objectives. Proactive issue resolution to minimize downtime and enhance system performance is expected.

Regular reviews and assessments of existing automation solutions will be conducted to identify improvement opportunities. Staying current with the latest advancements in automation technologies and integrating them into our solutions is also a core part of the role.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

We are seeking candidates with 4 to 8 years of experience in automation development, specifically with Nexthink, Nanoheal, or comparable solutions. Proven expertise with automation platforms and tools, including Nexthink, is essential.

A basic understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing/understanding (NLP/U) techniques are necessary. A strong grasp of automation principles and practices, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively, are vital.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, enabling effective teamwork. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Nexthink or Nanoheal, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
