Lead the strategic development and adoption of quantum-safe architectures and standards. Drive post-quantum cryptography (PQC) migration programs, conduct quantum risk assessments, and develop implementation roadmaps. Manage complex quantum safety engagements, leading cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality technical solutions and client success.

Shape and support go-to-market strategies by collaborating with Global Markets and alliance partners to commercialize quantum offerings. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, articulating risks, architectures, and opportunities in quantum safety and advanced cryptography. Advise leaders on quantum threats and their impact on enterprise systems, producing executive-ready documentation and thought leadership.

Possess deep knowledge of quantum information science, including Shor's, Grover's, and Regev's algorithms, alongside expertise in quantum-safe cryptography and PQC standards. A strong understanding of enterprise cryptography, including PKI, KMS, and TLS 1.3, is essential.

Demonstrated ability to advise executives, influence decision-making, and lead engineering teams is required. An MS or PhD in a relevant field like Cybersecurity, Quantum Safety, Computer Science, or Physics, coupled with 12-15+ years of experience, is expected. Hands-on experience with quantum compute platforms and SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant advantage.
