This position blends technical AI expertise with business development, focusing on creating novel solutions for business challenges using AI techniques. As a senior AI engineer, your skills will be crucial in shaping our innovation agenda and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and fostering a better working world.

Engage with Assurance teams to understand business problems and develop solutions considering infrastructure and cost constraints.

Respond to AI-related RFPs and develop compelling business cases.

Ensure optimal team utilization and billability by managing project pipelines.

Translate business challenges into analytical problems and devise effective solution approaches.

Clean, aggregate, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable business insights.

Oversee the end-to-end AI/ML implementation process, including model design, feature planning, testing, production setup, monitoring, and release management.

Collaborate with Solution Architects on deploying AI Proofs of Concept (POCs) and scaling them into production-level applications.

Extract and process data from complex sources like PDFs, Word documents, and forms, focusing on entity extraction, table extraction, and information comparison.

Possess an excellent academic background, ideally with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operational Research, or a related field with a strong emphasis on modern data architectures and environments.

Demonstrate a solid foundation in Python with exceptional coding proficiency.

Bring 6+ years of specialized data science experience in areas such as Machine Learning (Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Time series Forecasting, Clustering), Deep Learning (DNN, RNN, LSTM, Encoder-Decoder Models), and Natural Language Processing (Text Summarization, Aspect Mining, Question Answering, Text Classification, NER, Language Translation, NLG, Sentiment Analysis).

Showcase experience with Computer Vision tasks like Image Classification, Object Detection, and Tracking.

Have expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and their manipulation.

Possess working knowledge of API Deployment (Flask/FastAPI/Azure Function Apps), web app creation, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Exhibit excellent written, oral, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently through effective prioritization, organization, flexibility, and self-discipline.

Must have proven project management experience.

Possess strong analytical skills to tackle complex or unusual problems and deliver insightful, pragmatic solutions.

Exhibit the capacity to quickly gather and analyze data from diverse sources.
