This role involves leading client engagements within the Asset Management industry, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. You will be a key point of contact for global client serving assurance teams, managing daily operations and driving excellence in service delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing teams through coaching and performance reviews, identifying training needs, and fostering a positive leadership environment. You will also cultivate strong relationships within the Asset Management sector, supporting growth and quality initiatives, and enhancing collaboration between GDS and engagement teams.

Furthermore, you'll oversee the quality of service delivery by identifying sector-specific training needs, assisting with technical training, addressing quality issues, and promoting best practices within Asset Management segment teams. Monitoring KPIs and supporting strategic planning are also integral to this role.

This position requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI, CPA, or ACCA) with over 10 years of relevant Assurance experience, preferably with well-known CA firms. Expertise in Indian accounting and assurance standards, along with specific experience in Asset Management, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity, is essential.

Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills. Robust project management, leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities are crucial, especially for serving global clients. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is also expected.
