Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely and high-quality work aligned with EY GAM and global expectations. Conduct reviews of GDS staff procedures, leveraging EY tools for efficiency. Build strong relationships with global EY counterparts and embed quality and risk management into engagement workflows. Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and utilization. Foster a positive work culture, lead by example, and contribute to the professional development of your team members.

This role is ideal for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance. You should possess strong technical knowledge, including an understanding of accounting standards, and excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is expected, along with a keen interest in business and commerciality.
