Lead assurance engagements from the Global Delivery Services (GDS) front, ensuring timely and quality deliverables aligned with EY's Global Assurance Methodology (GAM). Oversee GDS staff reviews, leverage EY tools for efficiency, and build strong relationships with global counterparts. Embed EY's Quality and Risk Management procedures, proactively manage workflows, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and utilization. Foster a positive work culture, identify talent, and coach team members to achieve their potential.

We are seeking candidates with strong technical acumen, including the ability to interpret accounting standards and possess excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. A freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in assurance is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is ideal. An understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and international review standards is a valuable asset.
