Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with EY GAM and global team expectations.

Perform reviews of procedures executed by GDS staff, demonstrating a strong understanding of GAM and utilizing EY tools for efficiency.

Cultivate productive relationships with global EY counterparts, such as Assurance executives in the Americas or Europe.

Integrate EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into engagement team workflows.

Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance against standards. Track team utilization and budget adherence.

Communicate professionally and clearly with both GDS and global teams.

Identify opportunities to enhance the scope of GDS work on your engagements and standardize review processes.

Motivate and mentor GDS team members, fostering talent and providing coaching. Conduct timely performance reviews and offer feedback.

We are seeking candidates who are freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required. An interest in business and commerciality is also beneficial.
