Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engagements according to EY methodology.

Develop strong relationships with engagement teams across Americas and Europe, and embed EY's Risk Management procedures.

Oversee the transition of new services to GDS Assurance, manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and utilization.

Contribute to organizational initiatives, including recruitment and training, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage best practices across engagements.

We are seeking qualified accountants with extensive post-qualification experience. Candidates should hold a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) qualification with 5-6 years of experience, or an ACCA/CPA qualification with 7-8 years of experience.

Prior experience in external audit or assurance reviews within mid- or top-tier accounting firms, MNCs, or Shared Service Environments is essential.

Expert knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards is required. Familiarity with UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards is advantageous.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is also required.
