As a Senior Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in Zscaler technologies and zero-trust principles to safeguard client environments. We are looking for passionate individuals eager to grow within a forward-thinking and adaptable organization.

Ensure client infrastructure is expertly configured, installed, tested, and operational.

Proactively monitor systems, apply advanced tools, and respond swiftly to alerts. Identify and log incidents with precise detail, diagnosing issues before or as they arise.

Analyze, assign, and escalate support calls, investigating third-line support requests to pinpoint root causes. Report and escalate critical issues to third-party vendors when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), including URL filtering, SSL inspection, and cloud firewall policies. Troubleshoot internet access and manage PAC files and forwarding profiles.

Possess expertise in Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), including configuring App Connectors and supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives. Troubleshoot application access and authentication challenges.

Gain proficiency in Zscaler Zero Trust SD-WAN/Branch Connector architecture, focusing on branch connectivity, ISP links, routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP, and subnetting. Understand deployment modes, branch configuration templates, and zero-touch provisioning, alongside change management, implementation plans, and operational documentation.

Acquire knowledge of IoT/OT Security principles and Security Operations, monitoring security incidents, analyzing logs, and investigating threats.

Integrate Zscaler with identity providers like Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory, as well as SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, and QRadar. Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or APIs.

Troubleshoot complex issues related to PAC files, ZCC, authentication, SSL decryption, DNS resolution, proxy forwarding, and application access.

Required technical skills include ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, SSL Inspection, PAC File Management, GRE/IPsec Tunnels, Network Security, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and Authentication Technologies (SAML, MFA, LDAP).

Security knowledge encompassing Zero Trust Architecture, SWG, CASB, DLP, and Cloud Security is essential.

Preferred skills include Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel SIEM, various firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point), and scripting with PowerShell/Python.
