As a Networking Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our Routing & Switching, Wireless, and SD-WAN environments. Your expertise will be vital in supporting key vendors such as Velo Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed, ensuring network resilience and performance.

Key responsibilities include performing in-depth network analysis, deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure, and troubleshooting complex issues. You will also play a key role in ensuring configurations adhere to network standards, managing support tickets via ServiceNow, and collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams.

This role involves working within a 24x7 operational model, managing support queues, and contributing to network system analysis and reporting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing LAN/WAN infrastructures, with a strong focus on Routing & Switching, Riverbed, and Wireless technologies. Demonstrated expertise with Velo Cloud, Cisco, and Riverbed is mandatory.

Key technical proficiencies include a deep understanding of L2 protocols like Ethernet and IEEE 802.1x, as well as L3 routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. Familiarity with NEXUS, SD-WAN, and network management systems (NMS) is required. Experience with Viptela SDWAN and Wireless technologies is highly preferred.

Candidates should also exhibit strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred. Adherence to ITIL and Change Management processes is expected.
