Seeking a seasoned Network Security specialist with expertise in Microsegmentation to join our dynamic team. This role involves translating strategic business objectives into robust IT security solutions, focusing on advanced network and security architecture, particularly within the realms of Zero Trust and segmentation.

Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing cutting-edge microsegmentation strategies across diverse environments. You will design and operationalize Zero Trust Architecture principles, ensuring comprehensive policy enforcement. Collaboration with application owners to map dependencies and define granular security policies is crucial. A strong understanding of integrating microsegmentation with existing security tools and leading platform adoption is essential.

Design and deploy advanced network security solutions, emphasizing microsegmentation and Zero Trust principles. Develop and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap for network security architecture. Architect and implement microsegmentation across data center, campus, and cloud environments to limit lateral movement. Design and operationalize Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles, integrating identity and network policies. Collaborate with application owners to map dependencies for effective policy-driven segmentation. Define and enforce granular security policies using label/tag-based approaches. Integrate microsegmentation with SIEM, IAM, EDR/XDR, and cloud-native controls. Lead adoption of microsegmentation platforms such as Guardicore or Akamai Segmentation. Develop segmentation governance models and ensure compliance with frameworks like CIS and NIST.

A minimum of 7 to 11 years of experience in Network Security, with a strong focus on Microsegmentation technologies like Guardicore or Illumio. Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into enterprise IT requirements and conceptual designs. Experience in developing and supporting comprehensive network and security solutions aligned with global strategies. Expertise in developing a multi-year strategic network and security architecture roadmap, incorporating Zero Trust and segmentation models. Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end network and security architecture across global platforms, ensuring secure and resilient environments. Proficiency in core network security responsibilities, including design reviews, risk metrics analysis, and compliance assessments. Experience managing and optimizing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems is required.
