Join NTT DATA as a Network Security Specialist focusing on Palo Alto NGFW and Firewalls. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of our network infrastructure. You will be instrumental in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex security incidents.

This position involves hands-on management of security policies, NAT, and advanced security features like App-ID, User-ID, and Content-ID. You will also manage threat prevention, WildFire, and VPN configurations, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust protection.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to firewall upgrades, configuration validation, and support HA troubleshooting. Your expertise will help escalate and resolve intricate issues efficiently, maintaining optimal network performance and security.

Handle Level 2 network security incidents within defined SLAs, performing thorough root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Coordinate effectively with L1, L3 teams, application and network departments, and vendors during incident management. Participate actively in major incident bridges to ensure swift resolution.

Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and technical documentation. Ensure clear communication during shift handovers and provide accurate incident updates to stakeholders.

Support planned maintenance activities, system changes, and critical security operations. Contribute to the overall security posture of the organization through diligent operational support.

Possess strong expertise in Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Panorama, coupled with a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and routing protocols.

Demonstrate experience with VPN technologies, including IPsec and GlobalProtect, and possess hands-on knowledge of ZIA and ZPA. An understanding of SASE and Zero Trust architecture is essential.

Proven ability to troubleshoot proxy, web filtering, and authentication issues is required. Familiarity with SIEM tools and log analysis is necessary, along with knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are vital for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders, and for maintaining accurate technical records.
