This role is based in Noida, India, and requires expertise in Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA), Network Access Control (NAC), and effective troubleshooting skills. An ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in managing, maintaining, and upgrading Cisco ISE solutions, alongside a deep understanding of network security principles and related protocols. Experience with endpoint profiling, posture assessments, BYOD, Guest access, pxGrid, and DNAC integration with ISE is highly valued.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust Cisco ISE solutions, integrating third-party tools to enhance organizational security, and configuring AAA protocols like RADIUS and TACACS+.

You will develop and maintain endpoint profiling policies, deploy and manage NAC solutions to enforce security policies, and define access control policies and posture assessments within Cisco ISE. Collaboration with network, security, and IT teams for seamless integration with other security solutions and identity providers is essential.

Additional duties involve troubleshooting complex Cisco ISE issues, maintaining comprehensive documentation, planning and executing system upgrades and patches, and escalating issues to Cisco TAC when necessary. You will also train and transfer knowledge to team members.

The position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Network Access Control (NAC) and Cisco ISE. Expertise in Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) protocols such as RADIUS and TACACS+ is crucial.

Familiarity with endpoint profiling, posture assessments, BYOD, Guest access management, pxGrid, and DNAC integration with ISE is expected. Experience with other Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies is also a plus.

Preferred qualifications include development experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, XPRESS, and XML. This role is ideal for seasoned security professionals looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic and impactful environment.
