Administer and configure Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) for URL filtering, SSL inspection, and cloud firewall policies. Deploy and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), focusing on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and application access. Oversee Zscaler Zero Trust SD-WAN solutions, ensuring seamless branch connectivity and traffic forwarding. Implement IoT/OT security measures, including device discovery, segmentation, and protocol analysis. Monitor security incidents, analyze logs, investigate threats, and collaborate with SOC and network teams during incident response. Integrate Zscaler with Azure AD, Okta, Active Directory, and SIEM platforms, and automate operational tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.

Troubleshoot a wide range of network and security issues, including PAC files, ZCC, authentication, SSL decryption, DNS resolution, proxy forwarding, and application access.

Requires 8+ years of overall Network Security experience, with a minimum of 6 years specifically in ZIA and/or ZPA. Experience in enterprise cloud security environments is essential. A strong understanding of Zscaler SD-WAN, IoT/OT security, and security operations is expected. Proficiency in integrating Zscaler with identity providers and SIEM solutions, alongside automation scripting skills (PowerShell/Python), is highly valued. Familiarity with ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, and various authentication technologies is crucial for success in this role.

Preferred certifications include ZTNA and ZDTE. Knowledge of adjacent security technologies like Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel SIEM, and various next-generation firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point) is advantageous.
