Join NTT DATA as a Network Security Senior Specialist and contribute to innovative IT solutions. This role involves managing and enhancing Zscaler's security services for robust network protection. You will play a key part in ensuring secure and efficient internet and private access for the organization.

Focus areas include ZIA administration for URL filtering, SSL inspection, and cloud firewall policies, as well as ZPA administration for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives. You will also engage with Zscaler Zero Trust SD-WAN and IoT/OT security implementations, driving advanced security practices.

Administer and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), including URL filtering, SSL inspection, sandboxing, and cloud firewall policies. Deploy and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), configuring App Connectors, Service Edges, and supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). Implement and administer Zscaler Zero Trust SD-WAN / Branch Connector architecture, ensuring efficient traffic forwarding and branch connectivity. Engage in IoT/OT security, managing device discovery, segmentation, and policy implementation. Monitor security incidents, analyze logs, investigate threats, and collaborate with cross-functional teams during incident response. Integrate Zscaler with identity providers and SIEM platforms, and automate operational tasks using scripting languages.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or demonstrated equivalent work experience, is required. Candidates should possess at least 6 years of Network Security experience and 4 years of hands-on experience with ZIA and/or ZPA. Proficiency in enterprise cloud security environments is essential. Technical expertise includes ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, SSL Inspection, PAC File Management, GRE/IPsec Tunnels, Network Security fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS), and Authentication Technologies (SAML, MFA, LDAP). Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, SWG, CASB, DLP, and Cloud Security is also necessary.
