Serve as the primary responder for network faults and outages, actively monitoring network health to identify and mitigate potential risks or performance degradations.
Conduct thorough root cause analyses for network incidents, implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence and enhance system stability.
Contribute to the development of automation and tooling to accelerate repair times and minimize manual intervention, driving operational excellence.
Engage in an on-call rotation to provide continuous 24/7 network support, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to proactively manage and resolve complex network issues.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is essential.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications, focusing on network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer 2/3 routers, and data services.
Demonstrate 2 years of hands-on experience with IP networking and key protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, ISIS, and SDN.
Proven experience in network operations and systematic troubleshooting within IP and optical environments.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules, is required.
