You will provide comprehensive operational support and management for network environments, ensuring peak availability and stability while meeting stringent service level agreements.

A key part of your role involves collaborating closely with clients to grasp their operational needs and business priorities, ensuring our network support aligns seamlessly with their daily operations. You'll conduct regular health checks, audits, and operational reviews of network infrastructure to proactively identify risks and opportunities for enhancement.

Furthermore, you will support and maintain accurate network configurations, documentation, and runbooks. Leading incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for complex network issues is crucial, as is performing network performance monitoring and capacity management to address bottlenecks. You'll also support change management activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated support, all while applying operational best practices and staying current with modern network technologies.

We are seeking candidates with a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field, possessing 6-9 years of experience in network consulting, design, and implementation, ideally in client-facing roles.

Essential hands-on experience includes FireMon, Check Point firewalls, and Zscaler platforms within a network security operations context. Proficiency in core network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls is required.

Expertise in modern network technologies like SD-WAN, virtualization, cloud networking, SDN, and network automation is a must, alongside hands-on experience with equipment from Cisco, Juniper, and Arista. We are looking for proficiency with Ansible for network configuration automation and Terraform for provisioning consistent network architectures. Familiarity with cloud networking, SASE, and monitoring tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Nagios is also expected.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital for effectively presenting technical concepts. Industry certifications from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Zscaler, Palo Alto, or Fortinet are highly desirable.
