Manage and optimize Routing & Switching, Wireless, and Firewall configurations.

Oversee Cisco ACI network architecture and support Data Centre Networks using Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k platforms.

Develop and execute migration plans from traditional data center networks to Cisco ACI.

Integrate service appliances like Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls into Cisco ACI deployments.

Ensure network configurations align with standards, review logs, and manage SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, and NMS.

Participate in the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise-level network infrastructure.

Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Own and document escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution using ServiceNow.

Handle on-call duties and manage support queues in a 24x7 environment.

Requires extensive experience in managing LAN & WAN Infrastructures, Routing & Switching, Riverbed, and Wireless technologies (10+ years).

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls and 5+ years of experience with Cisco ACI.

Demonstrate strong expertise in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), L2/L3 concepts, Nexus, SD-WAN, and wireless networking standards.

Familiarity with networking products from Cisco, Dell, and Extreme Networks is essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.

Excellent adaptive, communication, presentation, and leadership skills are highly valued.

Knowledge of ITIL & Change Management processes is also required.
