Join a pioneering organization at the forefront of global RDMA cluster networking, driving advancements in High-Performance Compute (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). We aim to revolutionize industries by developing state-of-the-art RDMA clusters optimized for AI, ML, and HPC workloads, setting new benchmarks in computational capabilities and performance. Our team is dedicated to becoming the foremost experts in RDMA cluster architecture, understanding the unique requirements of these demanding applications.
This role involves supporting the design, deployment, and operation of a large-scale global Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will focus on network fabric and systems development, requiring a deep understanding of networking protocols and strong programming skills. Responsibilities include developing and executing network changes, creating solutions for front-line support to address network failures, participating in operational rotations, and providing break-fix support. You will also be involved in post-event root cause analysis and developing scripts for task automation. Collaboration with network automation services, network monitoring for telemetry and alert rule creation, and building dashboards to identify network issues are key aspects of this position. Engaging with network vendors and internal Quality Assurance teams to resolve bugs and qualify new firmware/operating systems is also expected.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field with at least 2 years of Network Engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience. Experience working within a large ISP or cloud provider environment is essential. Familiarity with routing protocols such as TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, and SSL is required. Expertise in scripting or automation, particularly with Python, or another compiled language is a must, alongside experience with network monitoring and telemetry solutions. Knowledge of network modeling and programming using YANG, OpenConfig, and NETCONF is highly desirable. The ability to apply professional concepts to resolve issues creatively, coupled with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, is important. Participation in an on-call rotation is also a requirement.
