Key responsibilities include gathering requirements and meticulously analyzing technical networking issues to propose effective options and recommendations. You will actively participate in daily operations meetings, ensuring compliance and adherence to SLAs for your designated sites and service areas.

This role requires proactive support for customer environments on a 24x7x365 basis, demanding a strong commitment to service availability. You will leverage your expertise in various networking domains to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF, alongside knowledge of network monitoring tools such as Voyence and Solarwind. A minimum of 1-3 years of network support or operations experience is essential.

Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, including design elements and cost-performance trade-offs. Advanced knowledge of platform operating systems, router platforms, and wireless infrastructures is required, as are excellent troubleshooting and network solution design skills. Adherence to Change Management processes, strong customer service, and excellent written/oral communication skills are vital. The ability to work effectively in a team and independently is also a key requirement. Experience between 1-4 years is preferred.
