Lead the comprehensive NetReveal technical workstream, ensuring seamless integration with the broader migration program. You will be responsible for assessing current implementations, defining technical approaches for data loading at scale, and designing strategies for customer profile creation and management.

Key duties include optimizing batch processes, leading the technical implementation of customer segmentation, and overseeing the design and execution of customer matching processes. You will also evaluate the migration's impact on existing NetReveal components, troubleshoot performance issues, and provide technical direction to developers. This role requires producing essential technical documentation, supporting cutover activities, and ensuring post-migration assurance.

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive hands-on expertise in SymphonyAI NetReveal versions 8 or 9, specifically leveraging the Transaction Monitoring SMBD engine with Spark. A strong grasp of NetReveal data structures, profiling, segmentation, scenarios, and batch processing is essential.

Your background should include experience with large-scale customer profile generation and migration using the TM SMBD Spark engine, as well as loading substantial volumes of historical transaction data. Proficiency in analyzing Parquet files generated by the engine is also important. A solid understanding of AML Transaction Monitoring concepts, scenario look-back periods, and customer segmentation is required, alongside strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience in diagnosing performance issues, optimizing batch processing, and working within highly governed banking environments is crucial. The ability to lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on is paramount.
