This role focuses on the administration, automation, and support of enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) platforms, ensuring seamless network operations across diverse environments. You will leverage your expertise to enhance reliability, efficiency, and compliance in IP address allocation, DNS resolution, and DHCP services.

Administer and automate enterprise DDI platforms using CygnaLabs IPControl, managing DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services. Ensure reliable IP address allocation, DNS resolution, and DHCP services across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures. Configure and manage load balancers such as F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), HAProxy, and NGINX. Implement L4/L7 load balancing, including virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and SSL offloading. Utilize automation tools, APIs, and scripting to streamline network provisioning and enhance operational efficiency. Monitor DHCP pool utilization, IP address consumption, and perform capacity forecasting. Troubleshoot DNS and DHCP incidents to ensure service reliability and resolve production issues.

Experience in administering and automating DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) platforms, preferably with CygnaLabs IPControl. Proficiency in managing enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IP address allocation. Strong understanding of load balancer technologies like F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, HAProxy, and NGINX. Ability to implement L4/L7 load balancing configurations, including SSL offloading. Familiarity with scripting and APIs for network automation. Experience supporting Microsoft DNS/DHCP, ISC/Kea, BIND, and cloud DNS services is advantageous. Capability to plan and allocate IPv4 and IPv6 address space and manage IP inventory. Skills in troubleshooting network connectivity and application performance issues.
