Key responsibilities include configuring, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise storage technologies such as NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity. You will perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, and host mapping while monitoring system performance and health.

This role involves applying firmware updates, managing hardware expansions, and ensuring robust disaster recovery and data lifecycle management. Troubleshooting storage issues related to performance, replication, and access control is crucial. You will also provide SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for various host environments.

Collaboration with virtualization, backup, and database teams is essential to align storage with workload needs. Maintaining detailed documentation, runbooks, and topology diagrams is expected. The role also includes incident and change management execution, capacity reporting, and utilizing IT asset management tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities extend to working with stakeholders to define data and storage requirements and developing solutions. This position requires significant judgment and initiative in problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring optimal delivery of results.

We are seeking candidates with 5-6 years of relevant storage experience, demonstrating strong skills in managing enterprise storage systems. Essential technical proficiencies include NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, and Dell Unity technologies, coupled with advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

A solid understanding of storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume groups, host mappings, and performance monitoring via management consoles and CLI tools is required. Experience with replication, snapshots, thin clones, data reduction technologies, and firmware updates is also important.

Candidates should possess good knowledge of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, data lifecycle management, and ITIL practices. Familiarity with industry-leading IT Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow is expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and analytical thinking, are vital for this role.
