As a .NET Lead, you will define and drive the architecture for enterprise .NET application ecosystems. This includes making strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. You will architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.

Key duties involve establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines. You will collaborate with various teams and leadership to align engineering initiatives, and drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability and security. Leading architecture reviews and modernization initiatives will also be crucial.

We are seeking a skilled .NET Lead with 8-9 years of experience. Essential technical skills include ASP.NET MVC, Microservices Architecture, Web API (REST APIs), .NET Core, .NET Framework, Kafka, MS SQL, C#, and ADO.NET. Familiarity with Angular 14+, ASP.NET Web API, React (Hooks + Redux) is beneficial.
