As a Lead .NET professional, you will be instrumental in defining and advancing the architecture for enterprise .NET application ecosystems. This includes spearheading strategic technical decisions for application modernization, selecting appropriate frameworks, and driving cloud-native adoption.

You will architect robust distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems that align with overarching enterprise objectives. Establishing comprehensive engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across various teams is crucial.

Collaborate extensively with diverse teams and leadership stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of engineering initiatives. You'll also lead the implementation of critical non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Your role involves leading architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization efforts to ensure future-ready application landscapes.

Drive the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization best practices. Proactively identify technical risks and architectural gaps, defining effective mitigation strategies to ensure long-term platform stability. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy.

This role requires 8-9 years of experience in .NET development.
