As a Senior .NET Fullstack Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining and driving enterprise application architecture strategy. This includes leading technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

You will architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems. Establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines will be key. Drive messaging and event-streaming strategies using technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and ensure the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability and security.

Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Champion the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization. Proactively identify technical risks and architectural gaps, developing mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior .NET Fullstack Engineer with 6-8 years of experience. A strong foundation in .NET Application Security (OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, OWASP) is mandatory, alongside expertise in Angular 14+, Angular Components, Design Patterns, and ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs).

Proficiency in Microservices Architecture, OOPS Concepts, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Kafka, C#, MS SQL, and ORM is essential. Experience with messaging queues like RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, JMS, or Kafka is highly desirable.

You should possess strong technical leadership skills, driving architecture and solution design for scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. The ability to balance delivery accountability with technical excellence, build and mentor high-performing teams, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is crucial.
