As a .NET Fullstack Lead, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy, focusing on ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and Microservices. You'll lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems, establishing engineering standards, and driving messaging/event-streaming strategies using technologies like Kafka. You will ensure the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, and observability.

This role involves leading architecture reviews, collaborating with leadership teams, and driving the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices. You will proactively identify technical risks and ensure platform stability, contributing to a culture of engineering excellence.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience in .NET fullstack development.

Mandatory skills include expertise in .NET Application Security (OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, OWASP), Angular 14+, ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs), Microservices Architecture, OOPS Concepts, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Kafka, C#, MS SQL, and ORM.

Candidates should demonstrate strong technical leadership, ability to drive architecture and solution design, and balance delivery with technical excellence.
