As a .NET Fullstack Lead, you will be instrumental in defining and executing enterprise application architecture strategies, focusing on ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and Microservices.

Key responsibilities include leading strategic technical decisions for application modernization, cloud-native adoption, and the architecture of distributed systems. You will establish engineering standards, drive messaging and event-streaming strategies (e.g., Kafka), and ensure the implementation of robust non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, and security.

Your role will also involve leading architecture reviews, collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives, and driving the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices. Proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks will be crucial for long-term platform stability.

Candidates should possess 8-10 years of experience in .NET Fullstack development, with strong expertise in mandatory skills including .NET Application Security (OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, OWASP), Angular 14+, ASP.NET Web API, Microservices Architecture, OOPS Concepts, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Kafka, C#, MS SQL, and ORM.

We are looking for a leader who provides strong technical direction, drives architecture and solution design for scalable and secure applications, and balances delivery accountability with technical excellence. Experience in mentoring high-performing engineering teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential.

The ideal candidate will champion engineering excellence, promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and lead cloud adoption and modernization initiatives. Familiarity with event-streaming technologies like RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, or JMS is a plus.
