As a .NET Fullstack Lead, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture strategies, leveraging ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and Microservices. You will lead critical technical decisions regarding application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems. You will establish engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines. Driving enterprise messaging strategies with technologies like Kafka and implementing non-functional requirements for scalability, security, and reliability are also crucial.

This role involves leading architecture reviews, collaborating with leadership on strategic engineering initiatives, and driving the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization. You will proactively identify technical risks and architectural gaps, developing mitigation strategies to ensure platform stability.

We are looking for a .NET Fullstack Lead with 8-10 years of experience. Essential skills include a strong understanding of .NET Application Security (OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, OWASP), Angular 14+, its components, and design patterns. Proficiency in ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs), Microservices Architecture, OOPS Concepts, and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is mandatory.

Candidates must also have experience with Kafka, C#, MS SQL, and ORM. The role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to drive architecture and solution design, and a balance between delivery accountability and technical excellence.
